REFUND POLICY

1. Refund will be made either one of the condition is met:
- The product is expired after received.
- The product is broken or damage when receive.

2. The refund must be made within 7 days from the date of receive.

3. The customer must present the original receipt or invoice upon making the refund.

4. The products and packaging must be unused and in its original condition as purchase or received.

5. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

6. RCP Solution will not responsible for any delay, lost, damaged or faulty parcel/shipment during the return transit.

7. RCP Solution reserves the right to eliminate, add or amend the above terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
